Shipping Policy

1.1 We aim to process and ship all in-stock orders within 2 to 3 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a Track & Trace code so you can follow your package every step of the way.

1.2 We do ship worldwide. However, we are unable to deliver to every country. Please check shipping availability and costs during checkout. If shipping is not available to your location, the system will notify you before you complete your purchase.

1.3 All orders are shipped with PostNL from the Netherlands. Delivery times are :

• Within Europe: Estimated delivery time is between 5 to 8 business days.
• Outside Europe: Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please allow extra time for international shipping and customs processing.

1.4 All international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. We do not collect or cover these fees at checkout.
